The past few years, I’ve hung a set of monogrammed red-and-green stockings I scored at Target for $5 — classic Christmas, but not exactly me. Last year, when we moved into our “new” forever home, I decided it was time for an upgrade. I became obsessed with finding the perfect striped Christmas stockings, and my criteria were simple: 1) they had to be striped, 2) they had to be blue, and 3) they had to be personalized.
Spoiler: I found them — and they might just be the cutest striped Christmas stockings on the planet.
My Navy-and-White Striped Christmas Stockings

My favorite striped print is a ticking stripe. It’s classic but also has a bit of a farmhouse feel that just makes your home feel cozy, especially during the holidays.
I found the most beautiful navy/white ticking stripe Christmas stockings at Petite Plume. At the time of this post, their Christmas assortment isn’t up yet, but as soon as it is, I will link these. I did find them on another site, which I’ve linked below!

These striped stockings are made of 100% cotton with a velour fold over cuff that can be personalized. I’ve got southern roots, so I love a good monogram or anything personalized. I had these personalized with our family’s first names and they turned out so cute!
These give me total Nantucket beach house vibes and they pull the whole look of our coastal Christmas decor together so perfectly.

Where to Buy Striped Christmas Stockings

As someone who’s searched high and low for the perfect coastal-inspired striped Christmas stockings, I can tell you that my navy and white striped stockings hit the mark for coastal charm and high quality. That said, there are other options out there if you’re looking for something a little different!
Etsy would probably be my first stop. They have a good assortment of striped Christmas stockings, many that can be personalized. From candy cane stripes to neutral stripes, there are tons to choose from. I’ve linked some of my favorites below!

Amazon is another one of my favorite places for Christmas decor and they have some striped Christmas stockings too, but their assortment is much smaller than Etsy’s.
Pottery Bark Kids has a cute red and white striped Christmas stocking that can be personalized.
Since we’re still early in the season, I will check back when we get a little closer and link any other good ones I find!
Styling Tips for a Coastal Christmas Mantel

Fun fact: I don’t actually have a mantel! We have built in shelves around our fireplace that basically serve as our mantel. That said, I am able to style this the same way I would if I had a traditional mantel.
It’s really easy to bring coastal style to your Christmas mantel. Drape some garland across your mantel to bring in a festive holiday look. I prefer to keep my garland simple and unlit but if you want some extra sparkle, go for garlands with lights. Also, because mine is not a real mantle, I went for a shorter 6-ft style. If you have the space, go for a longer garland so that you get a bit of hang off the sides of your mantel.
Christmas stockings are a must and this is the perfect place to bring in your coastal look and feel. Navy and white striped Christmas stockings are quintessential coastal but you can also choose solid colors like white, cream, navy, red, and green that will still complement a coastal color palette.
For stocking holders or hooks, go for simple silver or gold finishes. Personally, I like silver or polished nickel finishes for a more classic coastal fee. Choose gold or bronze metals for a more modern touch.

I am absolutely obsessed with our navy striped Christmas stockings. If you’re looking for a classic coastal look, I highly recommend them! I hope this post gave you some good inspiration. Happy holidays!
